Security Services
Our security team provides on-site service during regular business hours. The security staff will escort you to your vehicle upon request. If you have safety concerns or would like a security escort, please call the security guard at 413-735-1294, or visit the main desk in the lobby.
Free Parking
Free visitor parking is available in the Shriners Children's New England visitor lot on your right after you turn into the driveway.
