Work with your attorney, financial planner or plan administrator to name Shriners Children's as the beneficiary.
If you are including a gift in your will or trust, here is suggested language you can share with your attorney:
- General bequest: I give and bequeath to Shriners Children’s, a corporation, the sum of $___________ (or %) for the use and benefit of all of its locations, or its successors in interest.

Document Your Gift with Shriners Children's
You can send us a copy of the document, or provide a copy of the section that lists Shriners Children’s as a beneficiary, or you can complete the Intention of a Legacy Gift form. To obtain a printed, Intention of Legacy gift form, contact us at donorrelations@shrinenet.org.
