Employer Gift Matching

What is Gift Matching?

A matching gift is a type of gift in which companies match donations that employees make to organizations. When an employee makes a donation, and requests a matching gift from their employer, the employer will then make a donation. Companies usually match donations at a 1:1 ratio, but some will match at a 2:1, 3:1, or even a 4:1 ratio. Matching gifts build employee and customer loyalty, sending a strong message to our community that your company cares about kids.
