Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Volunteers play a vital role assisting our full-time staff who provide family-centered care to our patients, utilizing a team approach which best meets the needs of all patients and their families. The experience not only enriches the lives of patients, but also allows volunteers to grow, connect and make a real difference.
You may apply to become a hospital volunteer if you are 18 or older. Our volunteer services department will review your application to match your skills and availability with our volunteer needs and you'll be called for an interview if a potential match is found. If selected, you are required to provide a current TB test and vaccination records to show that you have been immunized against Tdap, measles, rubella and chicken pox. The screening process also includes a background check and drug test.
