After an assessment from one of our pediatric orthopedic specialists, your child will receive a complete fracture care plan, which may include:

  • Complimentary parking is available on the first floor of our parking garage.
  • Check in on the first floor for your child’s appointment.

What to Bring
  • Patient instruction sheet from your referring provider
  • Parent/guardian valid government‑issued photo ID and insurance card (if applicable)
  • Legal documentation if you are not the biological parent
  • Any medications your child is currently taking
  • Radiology images on disc, if appropriate
Recovery & Follow‑Up
After initial treatment, your child will return for follow‑up visits so our specialists can monitor healing and determine a safe timeline for returning to normal activities.

Expedited fracture care has become a popular option for referring providers throughout the region. We understand that fractures often occur under urgent circumstances, and our streamlined process makes referrals simple.

Referral Steps:

  • Confirm and document the fracture
  • Provide the patient with the fracture clinic information sheet
  • Instruct families to call and schedule an appointment (no same‑day visits)
  • Send imaging with the patient
  • Submit the referral via Epic or fax the completed form to 509‑744‑1223
