As a supporter of Shriners Children’s, you also have a Supporter Dashboard.
From your dashboard, you can change the email and password you use to log into your account as well as update your contact information.
When you make your first donation to Shriners Children’s OR create a fundraising page we create an online account for you. When you log in to your account, you'll see your Supporter Dashboard.
View donation history and resend receipts
To view your donation history, select Donation History in the menu. Then, you can search for any specific donation and select Resend receipt to automatically send a receipt to the email address in your settings.
Manage recurring donations
To manage your recurring donations, select Recurring donations in the menu. Then, select Manage donation under the donation you wish to edit.
Under Donation details, you can adjust:
- Donation amount
- Whether to cover transaction fees
- Frequency
- Next donation date
- End date
Under Payment details, you can update the credit card on file or switch to bank transfer.
Manage recurring donation
Retry a recurring donation
When you miss a recurring donation for any reason, you can update your payment details and retry the donation. To retry a missed recurring donation, go to your donation and select Retry. Once you update your payment details, select Retry Donation to process your recurring donation.
Cancel a recurring donation
If you wish, you can cancel your recurring donation. Simply go to your recurring donation and select Cancel donation. You’ll also have the option to pause your monthly donation for up to three months instead.
Update contact information
To update your contact information, select Settings in the menu. Then, select Edit to change your name, email address, phone number, and address.
Login and Fundraiser Support
How do I log in?
If you're a supporter of an organization, you'll have multiple options for logging in. You can log in through:
- Your individual, fundraising page, team page, or campaign landing page
- Email prompts from donation receipts, recurring donations, or fundraising page notifications
Why do I need a login?
If you're a supporter of an organization, your account gives you access to your donation history. It also gives you access to any fundraising pages and recurring donations you've set up with organizations that use Classy.
How do I reset my password?
If you forget your password, you can easily reset your password by selecting Forgot Password? on the login page. If you have a Classy account, we'll email you a password reset code.
The page is not loading. What should I do?
If you are using Safari as your web browser, you may need to disable cross-site tracking. If you are using another browser, you may need to clear your cache.
Does Classy have any fundraising advice?
We do! You can read their article for 9 Actionable Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Tips. We also recommend reaching out to the organizations you support. They're the experts when it comes to the causes you love, and staying engaged with them is a great way to gain advice.
Should I ask Classy or the nonprofit for help with my account?
For the most part, the best bet is to contact the nonprofit organization you support. They can help update any monthly recurring donations, share information about their events, share fundraising tips, and more.

Is there an age requirement for a Classy account?
According to the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Classy accounts cannot be created by anyone below 13 years of age.
How can I fix an incorrect email address?
If your email is entered incorrectly, please contact our Care Team so that your information can be updated.
Is there a session time limit?
Classy will automatically log you out after eight hours of inactivity.
I'm a fundraiser. How do I edit my personal fundraising page?
The easiest way is to use the Fundraising Pages section on your Supporter Dashboard. Simply click the View link on the page you want to edit to visit your fundraising page.
Once you get to your fundraising page, you'll see a Manage button in the top-right corner. Hit the button to go to the editor for your fundraising page.

How do I manage my online giving?
ACCESS YOUR ONLINE GIVING ACCOUNT
Is your name misspelled on your fundraising page? Would you like to add a custom avatar to your donor profile? Need to update your address or credit card information? Looking for that option to resend a donation receipt? No problem! You can edit all of your personal information in the NEW Shriners Children’s donor profile account (automatically generated when you made your donation or created a fundraising page through Shriners Children’s).

By clicking "Forgot Password" you will be creating a new password (when accessing your donor profile for the first time you will need to use the email address that was provided when making your donation).
After you click “Forgot Password” enter the email address you used to create your fundraising page or make a donation and click Send. You will be sent an email that includes a password reset link, follow the instructions to create a new password allowing you access to your NEW Shriners Children’s donor profile. Please be sure to check your spam/junk/promotion folders. 6. NAVIGATE AND EDIT YOUR DONOR PROFILE
Now that you have access to your donor profile, you can edit and view all giving activities made through Shriners Children’s. There are several options within your profile, let’s review:
Main Supporter Dashboard:
This will allow you to view and edit the following:
- Donation history: view and manage all of your donations, and resend donation receipts
- Recurring donation(s): view and manage your recurring giving plans and cancel a recurring plan
- Fundraising: view and manage your fundraising pages
- Settings: view and manage your personal details
Donation History:
This will allow you to perform the following:
- View a list of historic donations you have contributed through Shriners Children’s
- Resend a receipt for any previous donations which can be used for tax season.
Recurring donation:
This will allow you to perform the following:
- View and edit donation details and payment details associated with your Shriners Children's recurring plan.
- Resend a receipt for any previous donations which can be used for tax season.
- Cancel your recurring plan.
Fundraising:
- This will allow you to perform the following:
- View and edit all fundraising campaigns you have created in support of Shriners Children's.
- Update your avatar or profile picture and fundraising goals.
Settings:
This area will allow you to make the following updates:
- Edit Name
- Update your phone number
- Update your address
- Update your email address

- Go to the Shriners Children's online donor login page.
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter your email
- Select Send
If a Shriners Children's/Classy account is linked to the email, you'll receive an email with a link to Reset Password.
If you don’t see that email in your inbox, check your spam folder. We also recommend searching for the subject line, Reset Your Password. If you still can’t find the email, reach out to our Care Team.

Passwords on Classy must contain:
- At least eight characters

Can I use previous passwords?
No, for security reasons you cannot use any previous passwords.
I used to sign in with Facebook. How do I sign in now?
Now you will need to use the email associated with your account to log in. To access your account, reset your password using the steps shown above.
How can I change my monthly giving amount?
How to Manage My Monthly Donation
As a supporter, you are now able to manage your monthly donations using your Shriners Children’s dashboard.
Before you start
As a supporter of Shriners Children’s, you can edit your monthly donation. If you need assistance please contact our donor relations office at donorrelations@shrinenet.org.
Open your Supporter Dashboard.
Sign in to your account.
Go to the Recurring Donations (left side of your screen) section.
Select Manage Donation under the recurring donation you want to manage.
Don't see an Edit Donation link?
If you don't see the option to edit your donation, please contact our donor relations department at donorrelations@shrinenet.org. Chances are the donation was created on an older version of our donation platform so it cannot be edited. But we can update it for you at any time.
Edit Monthly Donation
From here you can edit the payment information for your monthly donation. Make the changes you need and then select Save Changes. You can also cancel your donation by selecting Cancel Recurring Donation.

I can't edit my donation
If you followed the steps above and cannot edit your donation, we recommend contacting our donor relations department at donorrelations@shrinenet.org. There is a chance that the donation began on the older version of our donation platform which means only we can update for you.

Why did my monthly donation fail?
The most common cause for a failed monthly donation is an expired credit card. To fix the issue, be sure to update the credit card information using the steps above. If you've recently moved, you may also need to update your billing address.
If your card information and billing address are up to date, we recommend contacting your card issuer or bank for further assistance.

How to resend myself a receipt?

Open your Supporter Page
Log in to your supporter account to access your Supporter Dashboard.
Click the Donation history tab and click 'Resend Receipt'
The Donation history tab displays your donation history. Click on the Resend Receipt link to the right of the donation you need a receipt for. This will send a receipt to the email you used to log in to your Classy account.
To send your receipt to a different email, click on Settings in the top content block of the Supporter Page. This will open your Supporter Dashboard where you can update your email. Once updated, return to the Supporter Page and resend the receipt.
