How do I log in to my donor account?

You can log in to your donor account using the email address you used when making a donation. Access your account through the Account Center login page. If you have trouble logging in, support options are available to assist you.

How do I reset my password?
Select the “Forgot Password” option on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. You will receive an email with steps to create a new password. This helps ensure your account remains secure and accessible.
Something on the donation page is not working. What should I do?

If you experience issues while making a donation, try refreshing the page or using a different browser or device. Ensure all required fields are completed correctly. If the issue continues, please contact us at 888-708-4011 or email us at donorrelations@shrinenet.org.

Managing Donations & Profile

How do I update my credit card information?
Log in to your donor account and navigate to your payment settings. From there, you can securely update your credit card information. Keeping your payment details current helps avoid interruptions to your donations. You can also contact us at 888-708-4011 or email donorrelations@shrinenet.org and we can take your information over the phone to process the donation. 
How do I change or cancel my monthly donation?

You can manage your recurring donation by logging into your account and editing your donation preferences. Changes can be made at any time. This gives you flexibility while continuing to support our mission.

If you give through your PayPal account: Once you log in to your PayPal account, you can cancel your recurring donation under your “Activity” tab. In order to modify the donation amount, please cancel and resubmit your desired donation amount through our donate form.

To make this change, we recommend calling our donor relations department directly at 888-708-4011.

How do I receive another donation receipt?

You can access and resend a copy of your donation receipts through your donor account. Simply log in and view your donation history. Receipts are available for your records and tax purposes.

How do I receive my annual donation tax receipt(s)?

Annual tax receipts are typically sent automatically to the email associated with your account. You can also download them by logging into your donor profile. This ensures you have documentation for tax reporting. You can also contact us at 888-708-4011 or email donorrelations@shrinenet.org.

My card was declined. What should I do?

If your card is declined, verify that your payment details are entered correctly and that your card is valid. You may also contact your bank for more information. Updating your payment method can help complete your donation. You can also call us at 888-708-4011 or email donorrelations@shrinenet.org and we can take your information over the phone to process the donation.

How do I update my contact information?
Log in to your account and update your profile details in the settings section. This includes your email, phone number, and mailing address. Keeping your information current ensures you receive important updates.
How do I view my donation history?

Your donation history is available within your donor account dashboard. It provides a record of your past contributions. This makes it easy to track your giving over time.

What appears on my bank or credit card statement?

Your statement will include a reference to Shriners Children’s associated with your donation. The exact description may vary depending on your bank. This helps you identify your contribution.

What is your refund policy?
Shriners Children’s reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact support promptly. Please contact us at 888-708-4011 or email donorrelations@shrinenet.org and the team will work with you to resolve the issue.

About the Love to the Rescue® Blanket

What is the Love to the Rescue® Blanket?

The Love to the Rescue® blanket is a symbolic item representing comfort and care for children. It is often provided as part of select donation campaigns. The blanket reflects the compassion behind each gift.

What donation qualifies me to receive it?

You can receive your Love to the rescue® blanket by making a $19-a-month donation OR a one-time donation of $228 to Shriners Children's™. With your donation, you are helping to bring hope and healing to thousands of children every year.

When can I expect my Love to the Rescue Blanket to be delivered?

Delivery timelines vary based on campaign timing and shipping processes. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.

How can I send my Love to the Rescue Blanket to a different mailing address?

Please contact us at 888-708-4011 or email donorrelations@shrinenet.org so we can make the appropriate adjustments to your shipping address, as well as the person you would like the blanket shipped to.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes.Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for your records. This helps support both your giving and tax reporting. Shriners Children’s is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 36-2193608).

How do I get a tax receipt?

Tax receipts are emailed after your donation is completed and are also available in your donor account. You can download them at any time. 

Are international donations tax-deductible outside the U.S., and are there any additional transaction fees?

Tax deductibility for international donations depends on local laws in your country. Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method used. Donors should consult local tax advisors for guidance.
