Shriners Children’s Charleston is easy to access from anywhere in the region.
Our clinic is located in the Roper Medical Office Building. 125 Doughty St., 7th Floor, Charleston, SC 29403, in the heart of Charleston’s medical district.
Parking is available in both the flat lot and the adjacent parking garage beside the clinic at 125 Doughty St., Charleston, SC 29401, ensuring a smooth arrival for patients and families.
Driving Directions
Below are simple routes from several well‑known areas around Charleston:
- From Downtown Charleston – Head north on Calhoun Street toward the medical district, then turn left onto Courtenay Drive. Continue straight; Doughty Street will be on your right.
- From Mount Pleasant – Take the Ravenel Bridge (US‑17 S) into Charleston. Continue onto Meeting Street, then turn right onto Calhoun Street and follow signs toward the medical district.
- From West Ashley – Take Highway 17 N toward downtown. Turn right onto Lockwood Drive, continue past MUSC, then turn left onto Courtenay Drive and right onto Doughty Street.
- From North Charleston – Take I‑26 E toward Charleston. Use Exit 221B for Meeting Street, turn right onto Meeting, then left onto Calhoun Street and follow signs to the medical district.
- From James Island – Take the James Island Connector (SC‑30) toward downtown. Continue onto Calhoun Street, then turn left onto Courtenay Drive and right onto Doughty Street.
