First consultation

There are two ways to request a first-time appointment:

1. Call +52-55-5424-7850 to contact Social Work and dial extensions 3003, 3005, and 1508-1515 from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please be patient when trying to contact us, as we receive many calls daily, so communication may take some time.

2. Send us an email to: mex-trabajosocial@shrinenet.org. The email response time is three business days. Don't forget to check junk inbox or spam, because sometimes our reply will go there.

Follow-up visit

If you already have a registration number and ID card and you have questions or concerns about your upcoming appointment, or if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment, contact the Outpatient Department at +52-55-5424-7850 ext. 1405, 1406 and 1408 from Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Virtual visit (Fast Track)

For inquiries regarding email setup for connection, call +52-55-5424-7850 ext. 1420.

Surgery Admissions

If you have any questions about your child's surgery appointment, please call +52-55-5424-5424 and press option 2 from the menu, or dial extensions 1405, 1406, and 1408 for outpatient appointments.

Physical Therapy

If you have questions about your physical therapy appointment, please call +52-55-5424-7850 and dial extension 1101

Referral and Transfer for Patients

To refer or transfer a patient, contact the Department of Social Work at +52-55-5424-7850 and press option 3 from the menu, or dial extensions 1503, 1508, 1509-1515 to obtain the relevant information.

Medical Record Summary

If you need a summary of a patient's medical record, please contact Social Work at +52-55-5424-7850 extensions 1503, 1508, 1509-1515 from Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
