Amenities & Services for Parents and Visitors

Families Come First at Shriners Children’s Boston

Along with exceptional care for your child, we'll take good care of you, too. Be sure to take advantage of our amenities and services.

Transportation

Your trip to the hospital is easy with transportation to and from Boston’s Logan International Airport, as well as South Station, where the Greyhound Bus and Amtrak Train stations are located. Transportation to and from the hospital is often provided by Shriners volunteers who provide rides to and from bus terminals, train stations and the airport, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The volunteers will help you with two pieces of luggage per person. Each suitcase should not weigh more than 30 pounds. In order to arrange for a pick-up, call care management at 617-371-4785. Advance notice is necessary to access this service.

Please wait at the following areas for the hospital van:

Airport: Make prior arrangements

Train station: South Station, outside the main entrance

Bus depot: South Station, fifth floor, taxi area
