Gary Wayne Raff, M.D., is a cardiothoracic surgeon at Shriners Children's Northern California and holds the position of clinical professor of surgery in the division of cardiothoracic surgery at the University of California, Davis Medical Center.

He previously served as attending surgeon of pediatric cardiac surgery at Children's Hospital of Illinois and attending surgeon of adult cardiothoracic and vascular surgery at St. Francis Medical Center, Methodist Medical Center and Proctor Hospital.
