Rachel S. Mauro, PT, DPT, received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen College in May 2020. She then remained in New York State treating children ages 0–5 in an early intervention setting. She moved back to her hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania, in January 2022 and accepted a job at Shriners Children’s Erie, where she now works full time as a physical therapist. Her goal is to provide individualized physical therapy for her patients to improve their symptoms and independence, and help them reach their full potential.

Rachel is very excited to have the opportunity to work with new patients that require physical therapy, including aquatic physical therapy at Shriners Children's Erie.
