Cosmo Y. Kwok, M.D., BA, is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist who cares for children with physical disabilities or developmental delays, with diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular diseases or similar concerns.
