York Jiao, M.D., is the chief of anesthesiology at Shriners Children's St. Louis. He earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Washington University, and completed medical school and residency at the University of Connecticut. He completed a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at St. Louis Children's Hospital and joined the Washington University faculty and Shriners Children's anesthesiology group in 2018. He has an interest in pediatric regional anesthesia and acute pain management.
