Gregory DiSilvio, D.O., chose to enter the field of anesthesiology due to his fascination with human anatomy and physiology. He decided to further his training to specialize in pediatric anesthesiology because of the extreme sense of fulfillment obtained when helping heal innocent children in a time of need. Ultimately, he ended up at Shriners Children's Philadelphia because of the unique sense of family that can be felt between patients and team members all working toward a common goal. He says that he is truly grateful for the opportunity to work at such a wonderful place.
