Zachary Peacock, D.M.D., M.D., is a pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgeon with clinical interests in orthognathic surgery, pediatric obstructive sleep apnea, cleft lip and palate, and dentoalveolar surgery, including dental implants. His research focuses on orthognathic surgery as well as benign and malignant pathology of the maxillofacial region. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Originally from rural Michigan, Dr. Peacock completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University before earning his D.M.D. from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated summa cum laude and first in his class. He then received his M.D. and completed residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. Following residency, he returned to Boston to complete the Pediatric Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital.

He is the chief of service of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Mass General and the chair of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is also co-director of the Cleft and Craniofacial Center, a collaborative program between Mass General for Children and Shriners Children's Boston.
