Marie-Lyne Nault, M.D., Ph.D., FRCS(c) is an orthopedic surgeon and researcher at CHU Sainte-Justine and Shriners Children's Canada. Throughout her medical training at University of Montreal, she pursued parallel research training, leading to a Ph.D. She completed additional training at Harvard University in pediatric sports medicine and was exposed to ultra-specialized management in this field. She also completed a year of subspecialty training in foot and ankle surgery at University of Montreal. Her major interest is in pediatric orthopedics in sports medicine, particularly hip, knee and foot-ankle pathologies. Her research interests are in line with her clinical interests, i.e. all subjects related to sports medicine of the lower limb.

Dr. Nault is a former ballet and jazz dancer. She now practices running and yoga, two activities that are easier to fit into a busy schedule. She enjoys working with young athletes and helping them get back to their passion.
