Gary Wayne Raff, M.D., is a cardiothoracic surgeon at Shriners Children's Northern California and holds the position of clinical professor of surgery in the division of cardiothoracic surgery at the University of California, Davis Medical Center.
He previously served as attending surgeon of pediatric cardiac surgery at Children's Hospital of Illinois and attending surgeon of adult cardiothoracic and vascular surgery at St. Francis Medical Center, Methodist Medical Center and Proctor Hospital.
Board certified with the National Board of Medical Examiners and a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, Dr. Raff's professional affiliations include the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, the American College of Cardiology and the California Medical Association.
