Hello, my name is Aidan, and I was born with clubfoot. Clubfoot has affected my life. It's affected some of the things I'm able to do, especially with my feet. I enjoy running, trying to build my endurance towards a longer distance. I hope to run a marathon someday. Shriners Children's has changed my life, really. It's corrected my feet, and it's allowed me to do the things that I enjoy the most.
Shriners Children's Hospital is a blessing to the people in our community, and I think people have to realize how fortunate we are and how fortunate they are to have that as an option for the care of their children. Shriners Children's Hospital, the doctors and the staff have both the experience, the skill, and the passion to make a huge difference in the lives of their children and their families.
Because of Shriners Children's, Aidan's going to be able to do whatever he wants to do in his future.
Shriners Children's has just changed my life for the better. It's allowed me to be the best person that I can be. I'd like to tell everyone at Shriners Children's just thank you for your amazing work. You affected my life for the better by correcting my clubfoot, and you have changed many other people's lives.
