Chloe's Story

Chloe's never let anything get her down. She was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. Chloe is not your typical cleft lip and palate patient. She's had seven surgeries and two dental procedures so far. It affects her speech. It affects her when she eats and drinks. In the early days, she would get frustrated because we couldn't understand what she was saying, and now she is capable of speaking for herself. We've been at Shriners for two years, and it's been the best decision we could have ever made as a family.
