Ben's Story

Ben survived a severe burn injury when he was young, but he's never let that hold him back. Now as a thriving teenager, he's still receiving expert care from the same team who treated him as a toddler.

I saw a spark, and I heard a scream and then there was a massive explosion. I'll never get the vision out of my head. He had injuries all over, large and small and second-degree burns, and I knew it wasn't good.
