The upper airway includes the nose, nasal cavity, mouth, throat (pharynx) and voice box (larynx). Upper airway imaging looks for narrowing in these areas, which can be common for children with craniofacial and neuromuscular conditions.

Cleft Hand
Cleft hand, also known as central deficiency or ectrodactyly, forms before birth. Characterized by the absence of one or more fingers, the hand is often V-shaped. Shriners Children's treatment includes occupational therapy and surgery.
