Dr. Ackman: I'm Dr. Jefferey Ackman pediatric orthopedic surgeon.
A lot of places, you'll go in and see a doctor and they'll tell you what you can't do. We show you want you can do. You want to play the drums, ok. We'll figure something out. You want to play the guitar, we'll figure something out. You want to water sky, here's the attachment you'll need. So tell us want you want to do and we'll find a way to do it. And we all kind of take ownership of our patients. It's not just a patient to us it's our patient. A lot of the conditions we treat are life long conditions. You come in and you're with us for the long run. You're going to see the same doctor, you are going to see the same team, come to the same place. We are part of their family and that's what make this place a special place to work.
