Our Approach to Treatment

Shriners Hospital for Children Mexico provides a comprehensive and multidisciplinary treatment approach to the patient.

All visits and surgical procedures are previously scheduled, so no medical emergencies are treated.

The hospital's team of doctors and specialists work together to create a unique plan of care for the patient. The design of this personalized plan is important to address the individual needs of each patient.

Whether the patient requires complex surgery, medical treatment, or psychosocial support, we work together to create the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.

Before your visit

Before your first visit, prepare the documents requested, and remember that everything must be submitted as per the instructions. Do not forget to bring the QR code that was previously sent to your email, as it is your pass to enter.

During your visit

It is necessary to check in for your appointment 15 minutes in advance, complying with all security measures, and that only one guardian accompanies the patient. If it is a first-time appointment, both guardians can attend, but they will not enter at the same time; only when the signature of the second guardian is required, they will be able to enter but should leave after that.

After your visit

After the clinical evaluation and creation of the care plan, an appointment will be scheduled to provide you with your card and registration number. Follow-up procedures or appointments will be scheduled through External Visits area.

Our commitment

We are committed to improving your patient's quality of life. We provide the highest quality care, with access to inpatient clinical services, traditional inpatient and outpatient services, and professional support services related to your child’s treatment plan.
