Shriners Children’s welcomes UF Health as an affiliate partner of our healthcare system, providing another access point for specialized pediatric care for our families in Florida and south Georgia.

Located in the UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute in Gainesville, the pediatric orthopedics floor offers the region’s most complete scope of high-quality care and services for children with musculoskeletal conditions that affect their bones, joints and spine.

In addition to featuring child-friendly spaces and a patient-centered facility, the pediatric orthopedics floor also offers patients access to the most cutting-edge imaging and technology, including an EOS low-dose imaging machine.

Patient and patient visitor parking is available in the gated lot west of the facility. Parking for patients and patient visitors is complimentary with a parking voucher. (Please ask for a voucher at your appointment.) The facility has a covered front portico that will accommodate patient drop off and pick up at the front entrance of our building. Free valet parking is also available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Accessible parking is available at no cost in designated spaces immediately in front of the facility, as well as in the Visitor Parking lot with proper display of a State of Florida disabled parking permit. Patients are asked to bring a wheelchair or any other assistive devices they may need during their office visit.
