- English
Kimberly Ruscher, M.D., loves taking care of children. She has seen how detached a child can be before they receive the medical care that they need – avoiding eye contact and obvious discomfort. Then, comparing that to after they've received medical care, she finds it amazing to walk into the room and they're happy and playing a card game, asking her to play with them. She says there's nothing else like that in medicine.
