François Fassier, M.D., MS, FRCS(c), was supposed to become a neurologist, but after a rotation in orthopedic surgery, he "fell in love" with orthopedics because he can offer full service from the diagnosis to the "hands on" treatment. In Montreal, his dream as a pediatric orthopedic was to join the Shriners Children's team which represented for him the ultimate choice for his practice. He was able to do so in 1992, and has never regretted it. Dr. Fassier is grateful to Shriners Children's as it allowed him to develop a fantastic international career.
